Always fun to go bowling. Usually being a carer taking my client with learning difficulties for some fun I get a carer rate but today they said it is only during the week which made it a little expensive., Which is why only 4 stars. The staff are very good and raised the bumpers for me. They have a good selection of bowls of different weights and sizes and you are never hurried to finish.
Venue used for birthday party. Bowls for kids was set up ok and they loved it. Point lost as the eating area for them was very cold. Overall a great place to let rip.
Bowling was brilliant very helpful staff. Food service was diabolical sorry to say. We ordered a number of meals but I think ordering more than 2 at once overwhelmed them. Go if you can order food separately and eat separately I think. 35 minutes waiting.......
Typical bowling alley. The lanes are in good condition and plenty of balls in various weights and hand sizes. Bar is well stocked, arcade machines are decent, and they have good lighting systems and music to create an atmosphere. Even the toilets were pleasant!
We went on a Monday when my son had an inset day. Went on spec and really pleasantly surprised. We got unlimited play all day, nice staff, bar open and other games and machines to play. Pool tables too. It was great. Didn't try the food. Will definitely go again.
