Terrible experiance at this station. "Kevin" the customer service manager. Unhelpful, spent 2 minutes on his phone sat at the customer helpdesk before he realised I was stood there with a bright red racing back, and couldn't handle a simple query regarding bicycle carriages on the upcoming services. Wellingborough were able to answer in seconds. Ended up being delayed by 30 minutes as a consequence. Wont be coming back through anytime soon.
