Good service and very timely. The wait isn't too long either. It was nice to just sit and read while waiting for my car.
Everything about IN'nOUT kettering was perfect very friendly and helpful staff. Service to my car was done to the highest of standards and only took an hour like they said. All in all everytjing was perfect. Will always take my car here for a service and MOT.
I booked an MoT and remedial work on my teenage sons car. The booking process was simple and easy to follow. I did need to telephone the central call centre to make a small change and received great service. But what can I say of the amazing staff at the branch, absolutely brilliant! They even offered to pick me up as I cant drive due to recent surgery! They are worth the five stars I have given them, I can not recommend them enough and will definitely be using their services in the future.
Had two MOTs done recently. Both carried out efficiently and necessary repairs were carried out well but appointment times were not adhered to.
VERY IMPRESSED..I rang at 0900 to arrange an mot and was quickly given a slot of 13.30 on the same day..brilliant! Upon arrival, I was greeted by your very pleasant service manager Andrew who checked in my car and showed me through to a clean and bright waiting area with free coffee available. My car was ready within the hour and Andrew explained both the invoice and the company club service offers to me. All in all, a first class service and a first class manager that I am more than happy to recommend!
