Love doing shopping on sales
I bought a paper shredder recently and it stopped working just 10 minutes use. I took it and rushed to the store in anguish. But the staff at the service desk was kind enough to replace my old one with a brand new paper shredder. So happy right now...
I would give 5 stars for the store staff as they are friendly, kind and understanding. Argos as a company no longer accept returns except for exceptional circumstanses. This makes the customer experience (my experience) a sad affair when things go wrong, days off work to get expensive items repaired or exchanged for 'reconditioned' new items. I'll be boycotting Argos from any future purchases. It's a shame because the staff at this store don't deserve that. Halfords did the same and also lost me as a customer.

It's okay but I definitely prefer the other Argos at Carina Road. This Argos has not got any direct parking which makes it awkward when you pick up something heavy. The service is good but they never have a lot of staff serving. If you like to reserve items on-line you often get a message "not available". It can be very frustrating. Luckily the Argos in Carina Road makes up for it most times.
