Terrible service when trying to arrange an appointment. The phone lines open at 8am and are constantly engaged , when the phone is eventually answered there are no appointments left and the advice is to ring again at 8am the following morning.
Shocking system in place for booking appointments, you can't get through at 8am so you wait until later in the day just to be told there's no appointments left ring back at 8am tomorrow, and you can't book an appointment in advance.
Very poor! My poor son who is in pain with stomach ache and told by the Coby drop I centre he needs to get an appointment in the morning as needs a hospital appointment was told by the receptionist none available! They said try for a cancellation he has been trying now for 2 days!! I told him when it gets unbearable go too the hospital . What s happening! I am so angry.
Never had a bad time at this doctor, all the doctors and nursers are very friendly and helpful. Plus all staff are kind. Good service don't need to wait very long for your appointments.
A truly excellent medical facility. Im a 50 year old male who has been at many centres over the years, this centre is truly excellent. Dr Shackleton you will be missed, but enjoy your retirement. Elizabeth, thank you for your skill and empathy !
