We bought t.v & dvd/recorder from Supervision many years ago. We are in our 70's & recently moved to other side of Kettering. We mislaid the t.v control etc. so phoned them to ask for help. Well they were so helpful they sent someone round same day & supplied remote controls & their man connected the spaghetti cables in the back of t.v for us. The charge was incredibly reasonable - they never 'rip you off'. So pleased with their service. Well done!Superstores are all very well, but I don't think you would get such good service. We are not related to anyone at Supervision, we just feel that good service deserves a pat on the back.
After having no luck trying to find someone to repair my hi-fi amplifier which is old and sentimental, I found out about supervision. They managed to repair it for me and I am extremely grateful. The fee was very reasonable too.
was told by another company that my hitachi tv was not repairable,supervision repaired it within 5 days,saving me pounds and helping to save the world, as it didn't go to the tip ,thanks
