Went to the store to get my brother sorted with a new bed, etc. Melanie the assistant very helpful and explained everything my brother needed to know on what he was looking for. He's very happy with his purchase including the Tempur pillow which he wanted after trying. Thanks for your help Melanie.
Only interested in selling tempur, which is highly priced, not good enough customer care. Bensons for beds is far better value and nicer staff that won't harass you.
