Emma really knows her stuff and how to get the best out of you. Excellent classes and PT..,that suit everyone. Ive met some great new chums...The classes are awesome, they are tough, but you work to your own ability. Ive never been so fit in years... Also its a great laugh too.. So if I can do it you can..!!
