Always a good experience in the red rose. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The restaurant is clean and tidy. The food is always lovely and plentiful.
Been a customer for many years, & never had a problem with the food or staff. But last night i was amazed by the new manager's arrogance.Plus the ladie's toilets have gone down in hygiene etc.Hope it improves
Me my mum and friend visited this restaurant one comment on the food and automatically he said we were making it up to try and get free food. And he became progressively aggressive until he told us we should never come back. Bearing in mind we had made one comment on the food. He decided escalate it front of 5 paying other customers
