poor company do not read appeal letters. Just send out automated letters when you try and appeal giving you a blag.I was instructed by the car park operator to park in a specific area then got a ticket. explained what happened in the appeal (that there car park operator told me to park where I had) and they do not want to know. money grabbers like every car park company appeal and appeal again stick with it read up online you will win!

Hahahahahahahaah jokes on you :')Also, interesting how the only positive reviews were made at the exact same time and say very similar things with accounts that have only been used to review this company, now I don't want to jump to any conclusions, but I think you can connect the dots.
You have to wonder about the integrity of a company and its employees who are willing to take money from NHS staff, people requiring medical treatment and people visiting relatives, sometimes terminally ill relatives. Many fines are issued for questionable infractions but let's be honest, no-one with any soul would be part of such an horrendous immoral act such as this.
Totally ripped off. Overstayed yes (20 mins) in one of their car parks but the company it was attached to (Jempsons) had notices indicating you could as long as you gave your registration number to them. Just paid 40 despite first appeal (which was "carefully considered" because of the worry and not local. Lesson learnt - never go back to that place again.
They have charged me 30.00 for 19mins, when waiting for my wife who is a cleaner, i never got out of my car. I'm out of work and we are doing all we to make ends meet... it is just criminal...!
