Very friendly, and helpful staff. Some cute fluffy animals to look at too. Usually well stocked with dry foods; if they're ever out of anything, you can ask and they will look into it for you. Fun variety of animal toys too. Good place to look for novelty stuffed things and chewables. I have not tasted the food.
Amazing staff, always smiling and welcome us every time and really get to know you. In addition to that for the most part they have everything that you need. We have been for the last 8 months going there and it is our favourite pet place in town.
We've been using Jolleys for a while now. Because we travel from Leicester, we always call ahead to make sure they've hot the dog food we need. The staff are always very helpful and well, jolly! Always do their best to help and are a credit to the company. Keep up the good work.
Absolutely love shopping in here, staff are always cheerful and happy to help. They love it when I take my dog in and always make a huge fuss of him which he thoroughly enjoys.
Excellent service staff are friendly and polite and extremely helpful. Regularly buy K9 dog food which is Jolleys own brand won't give my dog anything else. Also bought our beautiful hamster (Drake) from there who lived a long and happy life.
