Made a call , emailed the company asked for a reply . Called again they said they were busy but thats an excuse, only an answer or any communication will do !!!. Your brand image has been tarnished. As a company I regarded highly long ago obviously isnt run by experienced customer facing people. One team wrong direction!!!
Our central heating boiler stopped working, so we called Blount and they arrived within a couple of hours.A new part had to be ordered, so we had to wait a day for it. Next day bright and early the engineer arrived and replaced the faulty part and all fixed. The two engineers that visited were fantastic, great guys. A good service especially a couple of days before Christmas. Thank you all.
