Whenever I have visited it's been extremely busy. It's a full Post Office branch with full services. Staff do seem to make a big effort to be helpful, but due to how busy it is, usually appear very rushed.

Incredibly long waiting time for such a large post office. Extremely rude male manager who only cares about taking care of the self service machines. Does not want to be bothered with anything else out of the ordinary. E.g. Passport or identification verification. Especially if it's 15mins close to closing time.
