Used to rave about this chain with simple tasty menu and good prices. Problem is they've been putting there prices up too much now. With so many lovely country pubs around i prefer other places. Dont get me wrong food is consistently good but menu could be more interesting.
A nice restaurant; I went for a Christmas meal and the food was nice but the selection from the Christmas menu felt very limited. The normal menu looks like it provides a much better choice though, so this rating only applies to the Christmas menu.
The starter of the baked brie, was the best started I have ever had, Al the main courses on our table of 8 were lovely, my daughter didn't like the children's sausage as It was Herby (still lovely) so I ordered her some chicken so she ate something substantial and they were very kind about it and gave her extra chips, very happy with service and food, will be returning, thank you!
Great food. Very nice and friendly service. The place is clean and tidy. I did enjoyed the visit very much.
Good meal, mostly pastas or pizzas but there is other options. I had a pasta. Sauce was nice and thick and full of flavour. My mate had a pizza and was very tasty and a good crispy crust on it. Staff were helpful and chatty also.
