Good shoes, utterly abysmal customer service if you have any questions. Out of 4 inquiries I've sent, I received a reply to the first one and that's been it. There are much better companies to deal with that actually care about customer service. This would've/should've been one star, but I actually like my shoes.
Decent selection of shoes, good prices and great service
When my shoes developed a material fault after five years the shoes were inspected and fully repaired free of charge. Thank you to the staff for the help and returning my shoes beautifully repaired.
