The doctors and nursing staff provide a first rate service. However the people that answer the phone and take appointments are less than 1 star rating. They are arrogant, dismissive and talk nonsense. If I wanted to be treated like a child then I would goto school ! Get your staff sorted out, it's not good enough.

Do not use this surgery unless you want to give yourself high blood pressure. Their systems and process do nothing to help the patient. They can't send anything through the post, are unable to use e mail, I have to visit in person to request or collect information. I needed medical information for a job application, which takes up to 28 days to gain, when I said I needed this information within five days, I was told unfortunately the process didn't allow this. The word unfortunately was certainly overused, nothing unfortunate about the service just plain shoddy.
Always been able to appointments appropriately quickly
There are times like most of us when i need to see my doctor the same day, when this happens the staff are a great help at finding me an appointment. I have been with the practice for 43yrs and i have seen it improve in leaps and bounds to what it is today, both the GP's and staff are lovely people who go out of their way to be as helpful as they can.
