Ots a proper gym.. snd its getting better and better. Wide variety of machines and free weights

I went here for over a year found the equipment very satisfactory for the needs of an intermediate lifter squat rack pull-ups etcThe staff and people were all friendly creating a nice athmosphere. They offer free classes but I never got round to trying them.The changing rooms are kept clean even in peak hours
