The staff in A&E very quick and kind and professional . In dept x Ray ct and ultra sound and Edu everyone so kind and friendly thank you everyone makes such a difference . When you walk in lost always someone on hand who is smiling and more than happy to help you wow !
The long wait in A&E coffee machine set to half a cup @1.50 a pop the Costa cafe nearby by is much better two deck parking on the way in. disabled parking on the old original carpark out front 2 hrs free parking see the security staff if you are delayed for treatment they are friendly and helpful. ANPR CAMERA On entry and depart with pay machines in booth (enter car registration for time entered and cost to pay for any excess time). coin or card payments. staff are brilliant a two level car park is across the way. and security are great. sorted the extended wait in A&E only expected to be short visitExamination & ECG testing took longer then expected.

Very impressed with staff and timings at A&E. Called last week with partner who had a foot injury. Despite it being extremely busy in the waiting area, we were seen within 10 minutes of arrival, then sent straight down for an x-ray and were then seen again to discuss the x-ray pictures - all within 45 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding.
Good & bad I'm afraid, took my wife to the A&E to remove an object that had gone in her ear, in & out in half an hour, they were brilliant under a lot of pressure as usual.Tried to ring the so called Rapid Response Stroke Team, no reply tried again, still no reply from the reception even, way before 5pm, managed tosee a GP next day at our local practice
