Buyer of my house is using these solicitors. Absolutely useless. Me and my buyer have been wanting to exchange for nearly a week and their solicitor isn't responding to their messages or the estate agent at all.
Mr Man was very thorough and very helpful with the procedure of buying my house lovely person and never had a problem with getting hold of him would definitely recommend
I would strongly advise all clients that are considering using this firm of solicitors to reconsider. I am the manager of an Estate Agents and have been in business for 15yrs and i have have had a sale proceeding with Mr Birry Mann for the last year and we have left over 50 messages for him without a single call back in return. We are finally at the point of exchanging contracts and the client has given his authority to proceed at 10am and yet he still is not responding (5 hours later) and he is about to lose several families there long awaited home. I have no idea what this firm charge as a fee but they are not worth a single penny. I can not believe that a qualified solicitor has the ability to deal with people in this manner. You can understand why conveyancing solicitors are really at the bottom of there pay grade if this is how they deal with people.

Very slow service and taking too much work load even they knows they can't co op.Not reading correctly other solicitors request and gives you surprises on the last day.Please avoid DO not use because is cheap, better to pay more but you know what's job need doing and compete on time.
