we have been on off using the hospital as my wife goes frequently to dermatology and until the new 2 story parking was built the parking was horrendous but since the new parking can park because where we live we have to drive even the bus service not so good and just beware at present road works around hospital at moment is horrendous we went on Friday and a 4 mile journey to hospital took us 45 minutes and then we had to park in retail shopping area and walk to hospital but once work done I am sure with new car parking will be easier
A simple and straightforward parking structure. Tip: if parking for long periods, use this area, if parking for less than 15 minutes, use the other parking lot as it's free parking for stays less than 15 mins

Friendly staff. Be carefully if parking in car park nearest the main entrance (a e ) will get very expensive after 2 hours
As of April 2017 car park has new entry and can be chaotic. New 30 min short stay available. Gets very busy at peak times. Edit Feb 2018. Upper deck of car park now open. Parking bays on ground floor very tight. Upper deck wider bays. No plate recognition, not pay and display.
