As a portfolio landlord, I have dealt with many, many agents and whilst this has been my first property purchase through Simon Musto, it has been a breath of fresh air. The whole team has been professional, friendly and accommodating. I shall now use them to market the properties for rental and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They deserve every one of the five stars I can allocate them.

If you have a pet don't bother going here for a rental - I don't think it's the owners of the properties as much as the estate agent himself! Shame really as he has had some lovely properties but is totally against pets!!!

We have been tenants with Simon Musto's for around 8 years and have always been treated with a friendly, professional manner. On the few occasions where we needed to contact the office to report any issues, our request was always dealt with promptly. Simon and Sarah have been fantastic to deal with and made our renting experience a pleasant one.

Sarah & Simon were fantastic throughout the whole sales process. They were always on top of everything and one step ahead! Ours wasn't the easiest sale but Sarah made it as stress free as possible with her calm and competent manner. I would definitely recommend.
