I recently purchased a 5 series BMW from Chariots Specialists Cars. The service was great from start to finish. When I first called to enquire about the car I got through to Luke who was very helpfull as I had a lot of questions due to the VRT requirements in the ROI. After a few phone calls I decided it was the car for me and when arranging travel to the UK form Ireland Luke offered to collect me from the airport and drive me to the garage this saved me time and money. Iv been driving the car for over a month now and can report iv had no issues with the car and all the info provided by Luke was perfect for the VRT. Great service, great people, and a stunning garage with plenty of lovely motors new and classic. Would definitely use this service again if I was buying in the UK.
Companies own employee give 5 star review. Looks like after I put my honest review CHARIOTS put lots of fake 5 star review.Again I have received 12 calls on 25 October 2018 from CHARIOTS keep threatened me to remove my review. Or I will face the consequences. Real unprofessional.On 11 October 2018 Nick from CHARIOTS called me to threatened me with LAW SUIT. Absolute Disgrace. If CHARIOTS can't provide good service to customer don't expect good review. Also please DON'T THREAT customer with LAW SUIT.Very poor service. Never admit their fault. They think they are the only genuine car dealer and their mechanic are better than actual manufacturers mechanic. took my car to repair under the warranty but did not do nothing also unable to provide any evidence what work has been carried out. called me and only gave me 2 hours notice that delivery driver is on his way to drop my car off and pick up the hire car. I had cancelled all my important meeting and rushed home. My car came dirty inside out. Alloys were damage also scratched on passengers side door. And refuse to take liability. Advised me those damage was pre-existed but when they have picked up car in the first place delivery driver didn't put any pre-existing damage on the paperwork. I wouldn't give any STAR if possible. Really poor service . Please avoid CHARIOTS at any cost.
I have now purchased two vehicles from here and I can honestly say their customer care is absolutely amazing! They understood exactly what I was looking for and were always happy to help! I will definitely use this garage again and would highly recommend to all! I have also used this garage for service & M.O.T's for the last three years, where the level of customer care is evidently continued throughout the dealership!
This garage is fantastic! The staff are great and so helpful! I have recently brought my car and they have been so efficient and helpful I would definitely recommend again. This is my second purchase from them and I cannot fault their service at all! Cheers guys
