Took my Citroen in for a manufacturer recall and was thoroughly happy. No charges even washed the car and gave it a quick vacuum inside and had tea and coffee machine and WIFI so I could catch up on emails whilst I waited.
Really good service and would highly recommend.
Horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs. Arranged for a test drive at 10:30am this morning, wasn't acknowledged until 10:55am then in the next hour all that was achieved was bringing the vehicle to the front of the showroom (was told that they needed to go and fill with fuel before we could take it out but by 11:50am this still hadn't been done) and assessing my car for part ex. No time for a test drive as had my 20 month old with me and we had been there 1 hour 25 mins at this point and hadn't even received a part exchange quote. Complete waste of time and thoroughly unimpressed.
I took my Crystal Electronics van and they repaired it and gave courtesy vehicle. The gentleman in service dept was amazing. Thank you
