DO NOT BUY A CAR!!Spent 1,500 on a car that didn't even last a year, had to sell it for scrap, it had numerous problems happen only weeks after buying and he would not take accountability for the rubbish he sold me

Never buy a car from them!!! Avoid that company at all....I bought a car from them, which had new MOT, tested and inspected well, this is what they told me....8 years old car, with low milage, and before i took the car home they replaced the cam chain as well...after all, on the way home, after about 8 miles i broken down with the car on the M1, i had to join AA, paid 150 pounds for the recovery....AA said that the chain was not fitted properly....Radiance Car said that the oilpump broken down, not the chain....i had a 3 months nightmare after that, citizen advice buro, ombudsman, etc...Avoid them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

************* AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ****************Purchased a car from Radiance Cars, sold with "full service history", apparently the car was checked over by a "Mechanic" prior to purchase. After having the car for 2 weeks it had a mechanical fault and broke down. The alternator had failed, the garage has taken no responsibility for this at all. On further inspection it transpires the car had a different engine to the "full service history" I have been provided. Numerous oil leaks, lose power steering cables, the list goes on. When speaking to Alan at Radiance Cars he was sexist and insulting with zero ownership of the issues. Trading Standards are now involved so hopefully they'll stop this company from trading. If you consider viewing cars from this garage you are risking your money and your life. Please avoid.
