Very nice guesthouse, clean and Very comfortable. The hosts were Very helpful - they offered to order oyr taxis for The evening. Breakfast was Very nice too.
Stayed last night we were lucky enough to have the room with the little balcony .One of the nicest boarding houses I've been in would be quite happy to live thereOwners are lovely couldn't be more helpful they let us book in asas soon as we arrived asked what time we would breakfast.. They catered for 4 of us including 1 vegan and 1 veggie...Would recommend this place and will be staying next time in the Area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A little gem of warmth and welcome in Kettering. Our host and hostess couldn't have done more for us, my husband was ill and they were so kind. Cosy comfortable room, shower room with fluffy towels and toiletries and huge breakfast.
