Very pleasant, new build hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was great having USB slots on every plug socket as well. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again if I am in the area.
Good, clean hotel that meets my expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. I travel a lot for work, and almost always stay in IHG hotels because the reward points are so useful. The bed at this Holiday Inn Express was particularly comfy. Free breakfast got me off to a good start. Friendly staff.
Quite nice and new. Confusion around what meeting room had been prepared as obviously it looked like the room allocated was not ready and the room across the hall seemed all set up as requested including the company name on the door. Reception responded well to the mix up, switching immediately. Crisis averted. Could be better if staff were more informative in welcoming business guests.
Great hotel, very clean room & bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel in Kettering. Handy for railway station & conference centre.
