Contact number is a mobile phone number, I think its a personal number rather than a business phone because it was answered as hello no acknowledgment of business name. When I asked her about my booking she had no clue who I was and had no details of the booking even though I had received a confirmation email directly from them. The woman on the phone also was very frosty and unwelcoming, I wouldnt attempt to book with them again and have now cancelled the reservation.

Could be cleaner but it's quite correct, freezing toilet because there's no central heating in that room
Booked a double room and got a single. Turned up and the door code didn't work. But the place itself is clean and prices cheap. You'll be parking on a busy street.
