A clean and comfortable room, plus a good breakfast. All at a reasonable price.
The staff were very friendly a d helpful. The rooms were dated and needed some new decor. The food an beverages if you were staying in the hotel at the moment was discounted, and both food and beverages were good. The breakfast had been cooked and left in a bain Marie and had gone a bit soggy not the best. The cost of the board was good for the night, and the question of would I stay again probably but I would avoid breakfast.
For a Sunday roast, this is the best and would recommend to anyone. Won't be disappointed. Staff were polite and can't ask for better than that.
The hotel has a great location, within very short walking distance to the town center. The staff are fabulous and very friendly. The building however has some major issues that need to be addressed. Hot water supply is variable and sometimes non-existent. Hopefully the maintenance will be improved in due course.
Very old and historic hotel. A little bit run down, but have it's own soul. Best thing there is a breakfast. You couldn't ask for more! This hotel is best you can get for this money.
